This means they have met the experience requirements, passed the rigorous examination, and complete ongoing professional development to keep their certification current. Only active certifications are displayed.
What if I do not see an individual listed? You can rely on this directory to reflect the official CXPA records of CCXPs in good standing. There are, however, a few reasons you may not see an individual listed as you expected, such as their privacy requests or a difference between the name in our records and your search. If you are unable to confirm a record below, please email us with your inquiry, including as much information as possible about the individual (e.g., name, country, LinkedIn Profile) so that we may handle your request for verification.
Yes, you have complete control over your public profile. Through your CXPA member dashboard, you can choose which information to display publicly, including your email, LinkedIn profile, company name, and other contact details. You can also opt to make your profile completely private, showing only your name and CCXP certification status.
To update your listing, you can either log into your CXPA member dashboard to make changes directly, or email ccxpsupport@cxpaglobal.org for assistance. Common updates include job changes, contact information, location moves, or privacy preference adjustments. Changes made through the dashboard appear immediately.
