Yes, CXPA provides reasonable accommodations for candidates with documented disabilities. Common accommodations include extended time, breaks, reader assistance, or alternative formats. You must request accommodations during the application process and provide supporting documentation. Approval typically takes 1-2 weeks, so plan accordingly. Please reach out to the CCXP Staff Team at ccxpsupport@cxpaglobal.org.
Yes, you can reschedule your exam through the same way you schedule your exam. Rescheduling must be done at least five days before your scheduled time (policies vary by location). There may be rescheduling fees, especially for late changes. Remember, you must still take the exam within your one year eligibility window.
The test is designed only to distinguish those who have the basic level of knowledge from those who do not. There is no evidence that someone who receives a very high score on the test will perform significantly better on the job than someone whose score falls exactly at the passing point.

If you pass the test, you will be informed only that you have successfully completed the credentialing process. You will NOT be notified of your actual score. Not providing individual scores helps to prevent misuse or misinterpretation of scores.

Candidates who pass the exam are issued a digital badge as part of their CCXP recognition, to the email address they provided, within five days of completing the exam and will be added to the CCXP Directory on the same day. They can begin using the title and marks associated with it immediately upon notification of achieving a passing score and earning the certification.

If you do not achieve a passing score, you will be notified of your score and the minimum score required to pass You will receive a diagnostic report showing your performance in each content area. This information is provided to assist you in deciding whether to retake the test and how to plan your study efforts for future tests. You will receive preliminary results by email after you have finished writing the exam.
If you don't pass, you'll receive a detailed score report showing your performance in each competency area. Use this to guide your continued study. You can retake the exam as soon as you would like, there is no waiting period. Additional exam fees apply for retakes.
There is no mandatory waiting period between exam attempts. However, we recommend that you take time to review your score report to learn your areas of opportunity to improve your score. You can take the exam as many times as you would like within the one year eligibility window which starts when your application is submitted. Each attempt requires paying a retesting fee.
