Volunteer with CXPA

CXPA Volunteer Opportunities

As a member-driven nonprofit organization, CXPA is powered by the many hands, minds, and talents of CX professionals from across the globe. Working individually, in small-group projects, and on committees, these community leaders help create content, programs, and connections that benefit us all.

While the CXPA Board of Directors and most committee appointments are recruited during an Annual Call for Volunteers during September and October, ongoing avenues for involvement and additional volunteer opportunities are presented on this page throughout the year and shared in the CXPA Online Member Community.
