Membership FAQs

While you do not have to join CXPA to apply for or hold the CCXP, it is to your advantage to join as early as possible to provide you access to resources that will help you prepare - plus members receive a discount on the CCXP application.

Individual memberships are active for 12 months from the date of purchase. Team memberships provide membership for 12 months from the date of Team membership purchase. You can also choose a multi-year membership bundle to extend your benefits, or bundle your membership with a CCXP application.

Team membership includes all individual member benefits for each team member, plus simplified billing and team management tools.
