Yousif Alfaifi

My name is Yousif Alfaifi. I hold a bachelor’s degree in management and have been working in the management consulting field since 2019. Over the years, I have contributed to a variety of consulting projects across multiple sectors, including healthcare, transportation, tourism, entertainment, and the non-profit sector.

Throughout my consulting journey, I was exposed to customer experience management concepts through several projects I participated in — initially as a team member. With time, my strong interest in this field and continuous effort to develop my skills led me to start shaping and formalizing customer experience (CX) practices within my organization. I also helped define the services provided to our clients and managed several projects focused on customer experience.

Recently, I completed a diploma program offered by The CX Academy, and I am now seeking to obtain the CXPA accreditation to further deepen my expertise and contribute to advancing customer experience.
