Rachel joins CXPA as a Program Associate. She has loved spending the last 10 years in Association Management. Her specialization has been in all aspects of Member Services, and she truly enjoys being able to work with and connect with members. She also loves working behind the scenes with software and feels she is at her best when creating and improving the process to reach members on a professional and personal level.
