Odette de Beer, CCXP

I’m Odette de Beer, an Adelaide-based business strategist, customer experience and leadership consultant, speaker, and author of The Catalytic Code. Over more than 20 years, I have worked across customer experience, business transformation, process improvement and leadership, helping organisations translate strategy and good intentions into experiences that build clarity, consistency and trust.

I am also the founder of SustainHER, a South Australian community for women in business. Through SustainHER events, Growth Collective coaching and individual mentoring, I help business owners understand their customers, map and improve customer journeys, strengthen service delivery and turn insights into practical action. I believe CX is not a standalone initiative, it is expressed through everyday decisions, conversations, systems and behaviours.

My approach is practical, human and evidence-informed. I am passionate about helping leaders see the experience from the customer’s perspective, uncover the issue beneath the issue and create experiences that support trust, loyalty, advocacy and sustainable growth.
