About myself, I possess overall 15+ years of cross-industry experience across back office operations, business processs re-engineering, Learning & development and CX to name a few.
My experience is accquired mainly from the banking industry based in the United Arab Emirates, Dubai.
I began my career in back-office operations and later transitioned into projects, where I discovered my passion for Customer Experience. This shift allowed me to see the bigger picture—how customer expectations and experiences aligned with internal processes and ever since been a learner in the field of CX !
