Over more than 20 years, I held various roles from global CX leadership, customer marketing, to managing large scale commercial and transformational programs at GE and Axcelis Technologies, building strategis, go to market plans and aligning teams across markets around measurable goals.
I am currently open to CX consulting, part-time customer marketing and CX leadership roles, or opportunities to help growing organizations assess and build their customer experience capabilities. I founded EuroLYF, a travel and lifestyle media venture for Americans exploring and living in Europe.
