I am a customer service professional, mostly experienced in Home Appliances and Consumer Electronics business. I have managed after sales field operations, operation design groups and projects. While working in field operations management, I have also managed 3rd parties and P&L of related operation.

I have also expertise in direct management of customer service employee.

In addition; I have managed customer care/contact center team in retail business. Thru this experience I have the opportunity to manage e-commerce support function.
